TavenDruce Ltd (TND) was formed in 2022 by Matthew Tavender and Robert Druce, bringing together a combined 50+ years of Mechanical and Electrical industry experience. The company was established to deliver reliable, well-managed building services solutions, underpinned by technical expertise, honesty, and a practical approach to project delivery.
Both directors are loyal, committed, and hardworking professionals with extensive experience across mechanical and electrical engineering, project management, and multiple building services disciplines. Their backgrounds include senior management roles, with full accountability for projects from initial concept through to commissioning and completion.
TND benefits from strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, alongside proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, secure repeat business, and provide clear, effective leadership. We work collaboratively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors, engaging fully with the entire project delivery team to ensure all MEP systems are coordinated, compliant, and delivered successfully.

EXPERIENCE
Before forming TavenDruce Ltd (TND), both directors worked for a large, established Mechanical & Electrical contractor with an annual turnover in excess of £40 million, gaining extensive experience delivering complex M&E projects at scale.
We have worked closely with developers and main contractors to provide practical, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions, supporting projects from early design through to commissioning and handover. Our experience includes working with leading main contractors such as Michael Brady Ltd, Willmott Dixon, McLaren Construction, Balfour Beatty, Wates Group, ISG, Galliford Try, and Interserve.
TND has been built by combining the skills, systems, and delivery standards developed over many years in the industry, allowing us to offer the same level of professionalism, control, and technical expertise—delivered with a more personal, flexible, and collaborative approach.
