Mechanical and electrical installation works to an English Heritage listed building in the heart of London, forming part of the conversion of a mixed-use development into a 40-key luxury boutique hotel.  The scope included complex specialist systems such as smoke extract and aspiration, BMS, disabled refuge and alarm systems, fire alarm systems, ventilation, LTHW and CHW systems, electrical and lighting control services, together with the supply and installation of major MEP plant.
